Thank You

Welcome!
My daughter needed a Thank You card and this is the card I created for her.

Ingredients:
Cardstock- white,black
Cuttlebug folders- swiss dots, scroll work
Ink- Marcella by K- black
Flowers- from my stash
Ribbon- Hobby Lobby
White gel pen
Sentiment- Annabee Designs, Inkadinkado
Stickles- Studio G

My card base is 5x7. The black layer is 4.75x6.75 and the white layer is 4.5x6.5. I embossed the top layer with two different embossing folders and then lightly inked the top to make the impression stand out.I added a Hot Pink ribbon and bow to the top layer. After adhering the layers I used my gel pen to add stitching around the edge. I then added my sentiment and embellishments. I finished off my card by adding stickles to the flowers and leaves. Thank You Card

I used a new technique I learned called pounded flowers for the border on my card, if anyone would like to know how it is done please leave a comment and I will get back to you.
